The Nature Conservancy

There are many environmental organizations that function by lobbying state and federal governments in support of environmental causes. And that's fine. The Nature Conservancy functions by simply buying up sensitive land and protecting it. It has been doing this for forty some years and now manages the largest private system of nature preserves in the world, protecting 117 million acres.

Mamiya

I use almost exclusively Mamiya 6x7cm medium format film equipment, and some large format. This renders my images at least four times as large as 35mm images. If 35mm will produce an acceptable 10x14 print, medium format will produce an acceptable 20 by 28 print.
